Honor Magic 2 is all set for its launch scheduled on October 31 in China. The Honor Magic 2 will arrive with the company’s flagship HiSilicon Kirin 980 SoC. It will have a bezel-less display with a manual camera slider, and the latest 40W SuperCharge technology. However, the official unveiling will give out major specifications, design features, and live images of the upcoming Honor Magic 2.
Chinese actress Zanilia Zhao has posted multiple images of the Honor Magic 2. She was gifted with this device by Huawei itself. The post on Weibo flaunts the upcoming smartphone in a Red colour variant. Notably, the actress’ s post also reveals that the phone will get a custom virtual assistant. It is called “Yoyo”. Furthermore, The back of the Magic 2 sports a triple camera set up at the back with all three sensors lined up vertically.
Honor Magic 2 Specifications
Going through a TENAA listing uploaded recently, we can see that the rear camera setup will get a 16-megapixel primary sensor, a 24-megapixel secondary sensor, and then a 16-megapixel tertiary sensor. This smartphone would cost around Rs. 39,990.
Additionally, the TENAA listing also reveals several other specifications of this smartphone. The smartphone has Android 9.0 Pie OS, and sports a 6.39-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) AMOLED display panel with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. An octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 980 SoC powers up the device. Also, it has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage.

Interestingly, the phone has six cameras in all; a 16+24+16 megapixel combo at the back and a 16+20+2 megapixel one at the front. Moreover, This would be the first smartphone in the world to own so many cameras. Henceforth, it has been named ‘The Honor Magic’.

The Honor Magic 2 is in the list to get a 3,400mAh battery under the hood, with support for 40W fast charging. Other additional features include the in-display fingerprint sensor and 3D face recognition.
